Warren has been actively employed as a small Firm or solo practice attorney since August 1979. The Kasper Law Firm was founded in Clemmons, North Carolina in 1980 and has provided legal services to the community and surrounding area for over 30 years. Warren has served as retained counsel to the Village of Clemmons for much of that time and has a tremendous store of community and regional knowledge as well as rich and varied legal experience.

Before founding the Kasper Law Firm, Warren served as a law clerk to the North Carolina Supreme Court.

When not practicing law, Warren can often be found fly fishing in a North Carolina trout stream or cheering on collegiate athletic teams.
