Timothy Figura – Empire Estate Planning Attorney

Mr. Figura’s practice includes municipal law, real property, estates and trusts, and simple business transactions. He is a member of the Government Law Section, Real Property Section, and the Probate and Estates Section of the Michigan Bar Association.

Mr. Figura serves as Treasurer for the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim Bar Association, and is currently serving he is a member of the Long Lake Township Planning Commission.

Mr. Figura attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh, and is licensed to practice in Michigan and Pennsylvania. During law school, Mr. Figura served as a law clerk for the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania, one of the largest single-trustee districts in the United States.
