Teresa Monfils- Sarasota Estate Planning Attorney

Teresa A. Monfils is a native resident of Sarasota and lives with her husband, Todd.  They have three children and two grandchildren.

Teresa has been involved in the legal profession since 1993.  She graduated with her Associate of Arts degree from State College of Florida in 1997, and then from University of South Florida with her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2016.   She then graduated from Stetson University College of Law with her Juris Doctorate in 2020 and subsequently passed The Florida Bar that same year.

Teresa has worked with both David Payne and Howard Payne since 1998.  As the newest attorney, she brings to The Payne Law Group her years of experience, excellent communication skills, keen intellect and her positive attitude in working with others.  Teresa will continue to provide the Firm’s clients with legal services in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, and Tax planning.
