Sylvia White – Clearwater Estate Planning Attorney

Noel received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Mercer University. After graduating, Noel attended Stetson University College of Law and graduated in 1989. Noel has experience in a number of areas of the law but concentrates her practice in the areas of wills, livings wills, health care surrogate forms, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, trust administration, and small business matters. She is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Noel currently serves as a member of the advisory board for the Clearwater YMCA.

Noel enjoys helping her clients plan for the future, in order to ease the stress on their families as well as navigate the court process after that person has died. Noel welcomes the opportunity to speak to groups about estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Noel has also been married to Jack White since 1990 and has two children.
