Steven Guardiano – Daytona Beach Estate Planning Attorney

Steve graduated from NYU with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics, was Phi Beta Kappa, and obtained his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1986. Steve provides legal research skills and expertise in civil, criminal, and administrative appeals to various trial attorneys in the North Central Florida area.  He also handles complex and novel legal issues.  Steve was a law clerk to the Honorable Winifred J. Sharp from 1986-1989, a central staff attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals from 1989-1992, and a Senior Assistant Attorney General from 1994-1998.  Since 1998, Steve has been a solo appellate prfloactitioner and has been serving the Central Florida area.
