Mr. Willey earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, 1978, he received his B.B.A. in Accounting, with honors  from the University of Texas at Arlington, 1973. Mr. Willey is  also a CPA and an Accredited Estate Planner, a Board Certified, Estate Planning & Probate Law Specialist and the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Attorney Willey is a member of the State Bar of Texas, The Dallas bar Association and the Arlington Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, and a member of the Texas College and Texas Pro Bono College. He is an adjunct Professor, teaching taxation at UT Arlington.
