Shane Stokes is a certified mediator with a substantial portion of his practice devoted to estate planning and family law. Shane takes time to understand each client’s unique family and financial situation before consulting on estate and tax planning, estate administration, guardianships, parental rights and adoptions of all types. He has spent nearly three decades helping LC&A clients achieve their financial and family goals through mediation, planning, implementation and litigation.

Shane grew up in West Texas and has spent his entire career serving clients as a part of LC&A. He volunteers his time and counsel to nonprofits in Midland, serving on several boards of directors and other leadership positions. Shane is a husband and father who enjoys music, gardening and traveling.
