Ryan Owens – Bethany Estate Planning Attorney

Ryan, a Marietta, Oklahoma native, is an accomplished with extensive experience in various government and non-profit positions. He graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2005 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008.

Ryan’s expertise spans across multiple areas of law, including wills, trusts, and estate planning, business entity formation, non-profit law, contract drafting and review, probate and guardianship, public education law, and civil litigation. He has served in leadership roles with organizations such as the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, and Children’s Advocacy Centers of Oklahoma, where he served as Board Member and President. Ryan is also a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Law Schools Committee, the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and the Board of Trustees Pioneer Library System.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ryan is a political enthusiast and attends All Souls Episcopal Church with his partner. They reside in Oklahoma City.
