Paul H. Miller received a B.A. in philosophy from Pomona College in Claremont, California in 1974. He received a J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1977. And he received an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1984. While at Santa Clara Law School, he was a Comments Editor on the Santa Clara University Law Review and published two articles.
