Nicole R. Ms. Plottel is the Managing Partner of Harris & Plottel, LLP & focuses her practice in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Long Term Care Planning, and Estate Administration. Ms. Plottel is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to represent and present veterans’ claims. Ms. Plottel is a lay-member of the Incapacity Committee, a sub-committee of the Executive Committee of the Trust & Estates (TEXCOM) Section of the State Bar of California. As such, Ms. Plottel is actively involved in the review and analysis of proposed legislation affecting California’s elderly and those with special needs. Ms. Plottel also volunteers her time with the Alzheimer’s Association by serving on the Public Policy and Advocacy committee for Northern California.
