Nevin Voors – Scottsville Estate Planning Attorney

Nevin was born in Virginia Beach before moving around the world as the son of a naval officer and schoolteacher. He later earned his bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University, double majoring in Business Analytics and Finance. During his college years, Nevin attended school in the evenings while working as a certified master mechanic during the day.

Nevin went on to simultaneously earn his JD from Penn State Dickinson Law and his MBA from Penn State – Harrisburg before returning to Virginia to launch his legal career. While in law school, Nevin focused his legal studies on corporate, small business, and entrepreneurial matters. He has corporate legal experience working as an in-house Associate Counsel for Mas Labor, where he focused on quality control of both the H-2A non-immigrant and TN visa programs. Nevin was instrumental in H-2A related litigation, including BALCA Appeals, WHD investigations, DOL Audits, and a variety of other matters. He also has legal experience with civil litigation, business matters and company creation, real estate transactions, wills, professional licensing disciplinary proceedings, contractual disputes, and lobbying.
