Michael Kirshon

Michael W. Kirshon, J.D., LL.M. is of counsel to the firm. Prior to joining this firm, he was a Law Clerk to two New York State Justices of the State Supreme Court and later became a partner in a law firm in New York. Upon relocating to Florida, he joined a boutique law firm in Miami and Boca Raton, Florida, focusing on estate planning and asset protection. Mr. Kirshon later became a partner and in-house counsel for a national sports agency, and thereafter practiced as a sole practitioner for a period of twenty-two years prior to joining the firm.

Mr. Kirshon earned his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to obtaining his LL.M. degree, he attended the University of Miami School of Law.
