Melissa Kippes – Twin Falls Estate Planning Attorney

Melissa grew up in Buhl, Idaho attended Carroll College and the University of Idaho. Melissa has practiced law for over 18 years many of those were spent as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.  Since opening the practice in 2016, Melissa has focused criminal defense, divorce, child custody, guardianship issues and probate.  Melissa is also a certified mediator with experience in mediating family law issues. Melissa is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the American Inns of Court. She currently lives in Buhl with her husband and two children and enjoys the many outdoor activities that Idaho has offer.
