Mark F. Butler, P.A., is an AV rated law firm located in Hollywood, Florida.  We help individuals and small businesses solve their real estate, business, probate, and litigation issues.

Prior to forming Mark F. Butler, P.A., in August 2013, Mark practiced with Butler & Primeau LLP (2000 – 2013) and Ellis, Spencer & Butler (1978 – 2000). Ellis, Spencer & Butler was founded in 1926 and was instrumental in the early development of the City of Hollywood.  Mark remains committed to excellence in service to his clients and the community and has a well-established tradition of service to several local bar associations and civic and charitable organizations.
