Marc Denison – Bakersfield Estate Planning Attorney

Marc E. Denison was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Upon graduating high school, he was accepted at Texas A&M University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution in 1999.

Following graduation, Marc worked in Industrial Sales in Santa Barbara & Santa Clara, California and later in Dallas, TX.

In 2004, Marc moved back to California and began his legal studies at the University of San Francisco School of Law. 

Marc obtained his Juris Doctorate from USF in 2007. Shortly thereafter, he returned to Bakersfield and has practiced here since that time. Marc joined the firm in November 2018.

Marc’s practice consists of a broad range of business transactional matters including real estate and land use, business formation and general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and also estate planning and probate matters.
