Lester Schwartz – Charleston Estate Planning Attorney

Lester S. Schwartz was born in Charleston South Carolina three (3) minutes before his twin brother and fellow South Carolina Attorney Paul D. Schwartz. Lester has been practicing as the sole practitioner in Charleston, South Carolina, for over thirty years. With the practice mostly focusing on taxation, estate planning, and probate law.

Lester served as an adjunct Law Professor at Charleston School of Law in Federal Income Taxation, Federal Estate Tax, and Estate Planning.

– Undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in 1978.

– Masters of Laws In Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida College of Law in 1986.
