Kevin Camden – Downers Grove Estate Planning Attorney

With a diverse background in estate planning, elder law, business law, and real estate law, Kevin Camden brings unique skills and experiences to the practice of law in the Chicagoland area. He understands his clients through direct experience, working with small business owners, real estate investors, and sharing their needs and concerns. Mr. Camden received his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, and has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University, with Honors. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is admitted to federal practice in the Northern, Central, and Southern District of Illinois, as well as the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Kevin P. Camden is the owner of Camden Law Office, LLC. Camden Law Office was established in 2008 when Kevin found a unique opportunity to go in-house with a commercial developer, while also growing his practice. Since 2015, the firm has been focused primarily on real estate and as a direct result of his clients’ requests, expanded into elder law, estate planning, and trust planning. Kevin teaches for Northwestern University Center for Public Safety on labor relations, discipline and discharge, recruitment and selection, federal employment law, and internal affairs investigations. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Benedictine University and Valparaiso University School of Law. In addition to raising three children with his wife Shelly.
