Joe Luvara

Joe focuses his practice on commercial law and various personal financial property and title issues, and general litigation.

He earned his B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Business Economics from Marquette University. Joe has Juris Doctor degrees from both Duquesne University School of Law and Western State University College of Law and also has nearly 25 years of experience. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
