Jeffrey Jacobson – Wheaton Estate Planning Attorney

We are excited to announce that Jeffrey M. Jacobson has been appointed as General Counsel for the DuPage Forest Preserve District.

Jeffrey M. Jacobson has been practicing law since 1991. He wrote and gave presentations to attorney’s and judges on legal matters. He was just recently appointed to the Du Page Bar County Association executive board as assistant treasurer. The Du Page County Bar Association is the largest County Bar Association in the United States.

Jeffrey M. Jacobson is also a Director with the Inns of Court.  Jeffrey M. Jacobson has been a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Cook County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and the National Trial Lawyers Association. He has participated in the The National Judicial College courses.

He has appeared on radio in Chicago for father’s and mother’s rights.

He is certified by the DCBA to be a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for the Judges in Du Page, Illinois.

Jeffrey M. Jacobson has extensive experience in State and Federal court. He has petitioned the Illinois Supreme Court.  He has helped create new law in Federal Court.
