As a partner at Ferguson & Ferguson, Jeff’s practice areas include probate cases, estate planning, trust preparation, real estate, commercial and personal transactions, planning and zoning, business law and formation, and tax law. Jeff joins his father in providing trusted and effective legal services to individuals and families throughout southwestern Ohio.

Jeff is proud to work in Greene County as part of a family business. He brings over two decades of commercial professional experience to Ferguson & Ferguson. Like his father, Jeff attended Cedarville High School and remains committed to serving the Greene County community.
