Jeffrey Cohen – White Plains Estate Planning Attorney

Jeffrey Cohen is a trusts and estates, tax and business transactions attorney. He counsels clients concerning estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills and estate and gift tax returns.  Mr. Cohen also advises individuals and entities regarding the structuring and tax implications of transactions, and provides guidance in the areas of corporate tax, partnership tax, estate tax, executive compensation and tax-exempt organizations.  Mr. Cohen assists corporate clients as well with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance.
