James Kalicki – Reno Estate Planning Attorney

The firm mourns the October 18, 2022 passing of James A. Kalicki, a prominent Nevada lawyer for over 25 years.

Jamie was a founding and Senior Partner in the law firm of Kalicki Collier.  Over the course of his career, he worked for both the Internal Revenue Service and in the private sector with Horning, Holmberg & Company, CPAs where he became a Certified Public Accountant.  Upon earning his law degree in 1995 he gained valuable experience working as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles E. Springer, Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court.  In early 2000, Jamie formed Kalicki Law Offices, Ltd. which later became Kalicki Collier, PLLC.

He was well-known as a fierce advocate and a highly respected lawyer with exceptional conversational and planning abilities.
