Heather Penning – Humble Estate Planning Attorneys

Heather Penning grew up in Washington State, graduated from high school in Miami Florida, and graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She taught kindergarten and college, and was a children’s pastor before launching a second career as a lawyer.

Heather graduated 7th in her class, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston. She is currently a member in good standing of the Real Estate, Probate, Trust and Family Law sections of the State Bar of Texas. Heather is also certified by the State Bar of Texas to represent litigants and proposed wards in heirship and guardianship proceedings.

Heather is enjoying 22 years of marriage and has 4 children ranging in age from middle school to college. The family includes 2 dogs, a snake named Frodo and spiky hedgehog named Spartacus.
