George Kontogiannis – White Plains Estate Planning Attorney

George Kontogiannis concentrates his practice on representing individuals in trust and estate planning matters and on the administration of estates. In conjunction with formulating estate plans, Mr. Kontogiannis has assisted numerous fiduciaries in administering of estates, including representing fiduciaries in all Surrogate’s Court matters such as probate proceedings, accounting proceedings and other miscellaneous court actions.

Mr. Kontogiannis’ skills in trusts and estates compliment his abilities in real property law. He has assisted clients with the home buying/selling experience including interacting with brokers, drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts of sale, clearing encumbrances on title, working with the client’s lenders in obtaining financing or satisfying a loan and closing the deal. Mr. Kontogiannis has also developed a practice in creating and advising charitable entities.
