Erika Greene – Washington Estate Planning Attorney

Erika Greene is an Owner and Member of Johnson Law Group. She focuses her practice on commercial transactions, community associations law, and property disputes, as well as serving as lead counsel in general civil litigation matters in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She has experience with complex litigation, business transaction matters, and estate administration and probate disputes. In her practice, Erika represents large and small businesses, nonprofit associations, and individuals in matters involving breach of contract claims and tort actions, while also serving as general counsel to several commercial clients. Appearing before state and federal courts, she has been involved in multiple pro bono matters, including representing clients in the District of Columbia Superior Court and before the DC Office of Administrative Hearings, and is also a member of the DC Women’s Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Erika graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice where she was a Dean’s scholar and received her Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia School of Law, after studying internationally at the University of Florence School of Law. Erika and her husband reside in coastal Georgia with their children.
