Erica Larence Penna

Erica is an attorney licensed in Florida, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.  She is a graduate of Boston University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Juris Doctorate.  She also graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication.

Erica has been practicing real estate law for over seven years and is also a real estate investor.  She has experience in residential and commercial deals, and has also worked with investors on wholesale deals, private lending agreements, etc.  She also practices estate planning and has helped clients meet their planning goals to protect their assets and families.

Erica currently resides in Clermont, Florida with her wife, Hannah, their daughter, Quinn, and their two dogs, Caine and Kaya.  She enjoys hockey, working out, and cheering on her Miami Hurricanes.  Erica is also the author of a children’s book called “Caine and Mabel,” and is an avid proponent of animal rescue.
