Emily McArthur – Evergreen Estate Planning Attorney

Emily McArthur opened McArthur Law Firm, LLC, formerly Ossmann Law Office, in 2006, and focuses solely on assisted reproductive technology law, adoption and estate planning.

Emily received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2004, where she was admitted to the prestigious 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Clinic. She also participated as a student lawyer in the Student Law Office and the Student Justice Action Group.

Emily holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she graduated with honors, and a Master of Art and Art History from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
