David Finlayson – Albuquerque Estate Planning Attorney

DAVID A. FINLAYSON is the founder of the Finlayson law Firm, PC and focuses his practice in the areas of business planning, estate planning, probate and related tax areas for New Mexico. He frequently lectures on estate planning as well as on the other areas in which he practices. Before narrowing his focus, he enjoyed a broad, varied business law practice and has spent years providing general business advice to clients. This general business law background gives David Finlayson the depth to understand the myriad of planning and succession issues facing business owners as well as to suggest practical and effective solutions to the same. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of New Mexico law school and has an M.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico as well. He is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust and Taxation Sections of the State Bar of New Mexico, the New Mexico Estate Planning Counsel and the American Bar Association.
