Daniel returned to Berkshire County in 2018. He enjoys working with his family and serving his community as his grandfather, John J. Martin, Sr., did for over 60 years. His areas of concentration include estate planning including preparation of wills, trusts, health care proxies and power of attorneys. His practice also focuses on residential and commercial sales, purchases, and refinances.

Daniel was admitted to practice Law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2018. Daniel graduated from Curry College (B.S.) in 2015 with a major in Criminal Justice. He graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law (J.D.) in 2018.

Daniel resides in Pittsfield with his wife, Nikki, his two sons, Jack and Luke and two dogs, Bailey and Blaze. When not in the office, Daniel can be found golfing, fishing, and skiing.
