Daniel Kaplin – Brooklyn Estate Planning Attorney

Daniel E. Kaplin, an associate in the firm, is an alumnus from the University of Pittsburgh and Hofstra University Maurice A. Dean School of Law. While at Hofstra, he earned a Certificate of Study in Intellectual Property Law.

Prior to joining DiConza, Larocca, DiCunto & Kaplin, LLP, Mr. Kaplin worked as a transactional attorney for Sony/ATV Music Publishing in their licensing department.

In addition to intellectual property, Mr. Kaplin’s areas of practice include the representation of lending institutions in the closing of various residential and commercial properties, representation of purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial properties, will drafting, commercial litigation as well as the handling of probate and administration matters in surrogate court. Mr. Kaplin is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey State Bars.
