Cathleen Gormley – Fairfax Estate Planning Attorney

In addition to her Juris Doctorate degree, Cathleen Schmidt Gormley graduated from James Madison University in 1983 with a BBA in Accounting and was a former CPA. She received her Juris Doctorate from The George Mason University School of Law in 1986.

Cathleen is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Virginia including the Supreme Court of Virginia. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association, and The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Currently Cathleen and her husband Brian reside in Fairfax, VA and have four children.
