Autumn Benavidez – San Francisco Estate Planning Attorney

Autumn Engel Benavidez attended Golden Gate University’s School of Law, receiving a specialization certificate and completing her LL.M. in Taxation.

Ms. Engel Benavidez has exclusively focused her law practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust, and estate administration.

Ms. Engel Benavidez has been active in the legal and philanthropic communities for many years, routinely offering continuing education estate planning courses to financial professionals and hosting estate-planning workshops for various special interest groups. In addition, Ms. Engel Benavidez actively volunteers at the AIDS Legal Referral Panel, representing HIV+ clients in estate planning and administration.

She lives in Orinda with her husband and two children.
