Arden McCullough Fields concentrates her practice in the areas of elder law, trust and estate planning, trust and probate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, special needs and disabilities planning and trusts, pet trusts, and long term care planning, including a special emphasis on Medicaid planning and veterans’ benefits. Her practice also includes serving as Trustee, Guardian ad Litem, and in other fiduciary capacities. She is an Accredited Veterans’ Affairs Attorney.

She is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the SC Women Lawyers Association.
