Anca Abbas – Menlo Park Estate Planning Attorney

A native of Romania, Anca is the founder and owner of Abbas Law Group. Anca received her JD from University of Bucharest, School of Law, and she practiced law in Bucharest for several years before moving to California. She got her first L.L.M. degree in U.S. Legal Studies from Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco, and a second L.L.M. degree in Estate Planning and Probate from Golden Gate University, San Francisco in 2019. She is a member of the State Bar of California, San Mateo County Bar Association, Silicon Valley Bar Association, and she is fluent in English and Romanian.

Anca knows the importance of a well designed and personalized estate plan, and her ability to listen and understand her clients’ needs allows for the design and implementation of perfectly tailored solutions, customized for each family.

Anca lives in the Bay Area with her husband and daughter, one dog and three cats in a loving home. She volunteers her time with Open Door Legal, a non-profit organization located in San Francisco, as well as her daughter’s school. In her free time she loves to cook, hike, travel and most of all, to spend time with her family.
