Born and raised in Solon, Allan received his Bachelor’s in Political Science with a minor in Entrepreneuership from The Ohio State University and his J.D from Cleveland-Marshall Law School where he specialized in Business and Transactional Law. Allan is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association and he has served as a lecturer at Akron’s Herzing University where he taught courses on Critical Thinking and Business Law.

In his free time, Allan enjoys snowboarding, playing bastketball, and serving his community by volunteering for the Western Reserve Land Conservancy.
