Mr. Dubeck is the founder of Dubeck & Miller where he focuses his practice in the areas Wills, Estates & Trusts, Estate Planning and Elder Law matters.
He drafts wills, trusts, and serves all estate litigation and estate administration needs. He also assists clients who require tax planning and is involved in the creation of various tax saving vehicles. Adam’s elder law experience extends to adult guardianships, powers of attorney, living wills, advanced health care directives and special needs trusts.
Mr. Dubeck regularly serves as a court appointed attorney in adult guardianship matters and various estate matters through the Court’s Chancery Division: Probate Part in many northern New Jersey counties. As a former Law Clerk to the Hon. Peter B. Cooper, J.S.C. – Chancery Division: Probate Part, Essex County, Adam brings an insider’s perspective to the management of his clients’ various trusts & estate and elder law needs.
Mr. Dubeck is admitted to practice before all state courts of New Jersey and the United States Tax Court. He is a frequent lecturer on the topics of guardianships of incapacitated persons and estate administration.
In 2019, Mr. Dubeck was one of 10 attorneys from across New Jersey recognized for pro bono service to the community. He is also currently serving a term on his town’s Board of Education.
Mr. Dubeck is a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.A.) and Rutgers School of Law – Camden (J.D.). He also received a Graduate Certificate in Estate, Gift and Trust Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
