Stephen Byrd – Knoxville Estate Planning Attorney

Mr. Byrd combines many years of involvement in all phases of construction with advanced degrees in Law and Accounting to provide a unique and unsurpassed combination of education and experience. Mr. Byrd received a BS with Honors in Accounting from The University of Tennessee, followed by a Master of Accountancy (Tax Emphasis), and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He has been a member of The Homebuilders Association of Greater Knoxville, Home Builders of Tennessee, the Farragut Board of Licensing, and co-hosted the radio show “Today’s Homebuilder” for three years. Having in-depth experience with developers, general contractors, public agencies, architects, engineers and corporate owners, Mr. Byrd can also coordinate a team of engineers and other witnesses for a complete package of expert witness testimony.
