Dan Todd – Pierre Estate Planning Attorney

Dan earned his Jurisdoctorate (JD) from USD School of Law in Vermillion South Dakota in 1985 and has been the Walworth County States Attorney, a Special Assistant Attorney General and private attorney with experience in criminal and civil litigation, child law, estate planning, probates, wills and trusts, Medicaid law, real estate law, and the general practice of law. With almost three decades of experience, Dan’s primary practice is now focused on representing children, and representing clients in estate planning, probates, wills and trusts, and real estate law.
