James Daniels – Bartlesville Estate Planning Attorney

I am a solo attorney practicing in and around Bartlesville, Oklahoma. After graduating OU Law and being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2017, I accepted a position representing victims of domestic violence in Pawhuska and Bartlesville. Since then I have grown into a skilled family law practitioner, and look forward to continuing to provide affordable, quality legal counsel in private practice. I live in Bartlesville with my wife and daughter, and look forward to raising a family of my own in the city where I grew up.

My practice centers on family law – custody, divorce, guardianship, adoption, etc. – and all the attendant issues that arise in such proceedings. I also offer counsel on estate planning – wills, transfer on death deeds, powers of attorney, revocable trusts, etc. My other experience includes extensive courtroom time on the protective order and family dockets in Osage and Washington Counties, and an in-depth understanding of Oklahoma water rights laws.
