Nancy Delaney – Eureka Estate Planning Attorney

Continuing an active practice as “of counsel” with the firm, Humboldt County native Nancy Delaney has worked for more than forty years with the current firm and its predecessors. Her focus has been civil litigation—primarily medical malpractice and public entity defense, including federal civil rights defense. She has acted as lead trial counsel for dozens of cases tried in federal and state courts. She continues in good standing with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) after being elected by her professional peers to the prestigious San Francisco Chapter more than two decades ago.
