Kinder Shamhart – Bartlesville Estate Planning Attorney

Kinder D. Shamhart is 2008 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law. As a law student, Ms. Shamhart served as the Managing Editor and staff member of the Energy Law Journal. Ms. Shamhart was also a member of the legal honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, and the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton Inns of Court. Ms. Shamhart participated in moot court competitions and also earned a Health Law Certificate. During law school, Ms. Shamhart interned with the Hon. Janice P. Dreiling, former Washington County District Judge, the Law Office of Kristi K. Sanders, the University of Tulsa Boesche Legal Clinic, the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, and Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. Upon graduation, Ms. Shamhart moved to Farmington, New Mexico, where she served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 11th Judicial District Attorneys Office from March 2009-January 2011. In January 2011, Ms. Shamhart returned to Bartlesville, where she has now opened her own law office.
