Harold Drain – Yukon Estate Planning Attorney

Harold Drain earned a BA from the University of Oklahoma in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 2001.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Drain served as Program Chair for Paralegal and Legal Studies at several colleges, in addition to teaching numerous college legal courses.

He is a member of: the Oklahoma Bar Association; Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Canadian County Bar Association.

He served as a Canadian County Delegate to the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in 2017 and 2018. In addition, he currently serves as the Juvenile Public Defender for the City of Yukon.

He is admitted to practice in: Oklahoma State and City Courts; Federal District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma; Federal District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma; and Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
