Robert Thomson – The Woodlands Estate Planning Attorney

With more than 10 years of experience as a corporate and estate planning attorney, Robert B. Thomson, Jr. provides advice and counsel to the owners of small to medium-size businesses and their families – with a particular focus on company structure and asset protection. As a business attorney, Mr. Thomson has assisted organizations in transactions, corporate matters, operations issues, litigation, and succession planning.

Mr. Thomson is a graduate of South Texas College of Law-Houston and the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is a veteran of the United States Army, with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. Mr. Thomson is a highly decorated combat veteran, having been awarded the Bronze Star Medal, as well as numerous other awards and decorations. Mr. Thomson is also a classically trained musician. He lives in Willis, Texas with his wife, Lizette, and their three children.
