Tyler Barrett

Tyler R. Barrett is the Owner and Attorney at Barrett Legacy Estate Solutions. With 10 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and elder law, Tyler is dedicated to helping individuals and families secure their legacies for generations to come.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He served as the Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and authored “Long-Term Care Planning for Oklahoma’s Farmers and Ranchers,” published in the February 2024 issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal. Additionally, Tyler is a faculty member and frequent presenter at the National Business Institute, providing continuing education for legal and financial professionals.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Tyler enjoys golfing, running, skiing, and reading. He is an active member of All Souls’ Episcopal Church, serving as a lay reader, and sits on the Board of Directors at Aging Services, Inc. Tyler also dedicates his time as an alumni advisor for the Gamma Rho Zeta chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.

Tyler’s philosophy is rooted in his personal experiences. He believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy. Drawing on his background, Tyler focuses on understanding the hopes, dreams, and fears of his clients to create tailored solutions. He employs a four-part process to ensure that each estate plan is comprehensive and customized to meet the unique needs of every client.
