Kyle Roberts – Richmond Estate Planning Attorney

An Associate who joined the firm in 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina in 2008, and a dual Juris Doctor/Finance MBA from the University of South Carolina in 2016. While he was in law school, Kyle worked for two real estate developers where he helped draft purchase contracts, leases and financing proformas. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in real estate banking underwriting large revolving construction lines of credit for the homebuilding industry. Kyle focuses his practice on real estate law, landlord/tenant matters, estate planning, civil litigation, and business law.
