In June 2010, Bimal Raj Merchant established Merchant Law Firm to provide comprehensive legal services to individuals and small businesses.

Bimal Raj Merchant has a broad range of experience in both litigation and transactional law. He has represented a number of businesses including entrepreneurs, manufacturers, hedge funds, investment advisers and other medium to small size companies with all of their business, securities and compliance needs.

Bimal Raj Merchant graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
