Owen Bland – Halifax Estate Planning Attorney

Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Owen attended Dalhousie University for both his Bachelor of Arts Degree (1998-2003) and Bachelor of Laws Degree (2004-2007). Following graduation he worked with Cragg Law for his year of articling and stayed on as an associate lawyer until January, 2013, when he announced his departure to open his own office, Bland & Associates, in February, 2013.

Owen focuses on Family and Property Law, but also practices in Wills & Estates, Civil Litigation (including Personal Injury), Criminal, Motor Vehicle Act offences, and Public Notary work.
