Woodrow Griffin – Waynesville Estate Planning Attorney

Woody is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina and the cornerstone of our firm. With over 40 years of experience practicing law in Western North Carolina, he has built a strong reputation with both clients and attorneys. Woody is well-versed in wills, trusts, estates, business law, real estate, and municipal law.

Woody also worked as a trust officer for more than three years at First Union National Bank (now Wells Fargo) and is a certified mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.

Woody is a member of Waynesville First Methodist Church and served as attorney for the Town of Waynesville for many years. He also is a former member of the local advisory board of the Salvation Army. Woody loves fly fishing for wild trout in the clear mountain streams of Western North Carolina.
