I have been in practice since 1969 .

I participate in home buying seminars and the giving of  presentations on the importance of wills with appropriate trust provisions, powers of attorney , living wills and the importance of special needs trusts  to help insure coverage AND access to programs that are financial need based.

My three major areas of concentration are estate planning, real estate and equine law (my father built Monmouth Park Jockey Club in 1946 and stayed on as its’ general superintendent for 25 or so years , I worked at MPJC also as a Teamster for 12 years and have established numerous connections in the equine industry.
