Our mission is to provide a personal and responsive firm with a focus on meeting the needs of a select group of clients rather than trying to be all things to all people. We aim to serve a few clients well. We have good contacts with lawyers, CPAs and other professionals to whom we can refer clients, or with whom we can partner, when our time and resources are not a good match with the needs of clients. We have more than one staff member who can be contacted by every client. That means we will be available in our offices mainly by appointment.

We limit our practice to helping clients with planning and accomplishing their goals in the areas of law in which we have years of experience or have special talents, contacts or resources. Those areas include: Business Law (corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships), Real Estate (farm, ranch and business transactions and law), Estate Planning and Estate settlement and administration (wills, trusts, probate, settlement of trusts and estates), state and local government, including taxation, and Natural Resource Law (water, oil, gas, mining, grazing and public land issues).
